·                                                                                                                                                                            Today’s speaker is Neil Smith and his talk is entitled ‘Have guitar, will travel’  -  a story of his music and his adventures.



·                                                                                                                                                                            Monday 1st April.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, the speaker originally scheduled has had to cancel.          The replacement speaker will be Christina Spencer who will be talking about ‘Living with 60 million Foreigners’.  Christina is German and this talk is a comic look at how she finds living now she lives in England.                                              



This national U3A magazine is published five times a year starting in April and is nominally free but there is a small charge of £2.50 to cover postage.  If you would like to receive this magazine from April onwards, please see Roger Newbury today to give him your £2.50, and your name and address.

Text Box: BROMBOROUGH U3A COACH HOLIDAY to  WINDSOR  departing on JULY 28th 2019                           This 5 day holiday is  run by David Ogden Holidays      Price £355 per person sharing a twin room.                                                                                            
We depart from Bromborough and stay for four nights bed, breakfast and evening meal at        		                           the 4* Coppid Beech Hotel in Royal Berkshire close to Windsor.                                                                                                             The excursions include the short journey to nearby Runnymede (Magna Carta) to join a cruise on the Thames to Windsor.										         Entrance to Windsor Castle.										       A sightseeing cruise  on the Thames to London including lunch on board. There will be some free time in London following this.											              Visits  to Bicester (shopping) and Oxford.

There are still a few places available for the Lunch Cruise from The Mill Hotel in Chester on April 21st (Easter Monday). Price £23 per person for an excellent four course meal plus coffee. Deposit £10.
